From brainstorming ideas to writing their own scripts, students will learn how to craft engaging ways to share news for Sage Oak! They’ll have the opportunity to wear fun costumes, adding a creative touch to their segments, and even take on different roles such as anchors, reporters, and weather specialists. Camera and equipment rental fee and shipping are included in the class cost. Non-consumable items are to be returned at the end of the course.
Students should be comfortable working in groups as this course will also consist of group work and breakout sessions.
Schedule: 2 days per week, Quarters 1-2
This class will be offered at no cost to school-provided instructional funds (IFs) and include access to state-of-the-art film production equipment.
