Please note that Instructional Funds used for Art & Music in the Parks and Living Art Museums are non-transferable and may only be refunded if cancellations are received at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Art materials will be purchased and brought by Sage Oak on the day of the event. Only registered students may participate and use these supplies. These are not drop-off events; guardians must be present for the entire event. Art & Music in the Parks start promptly and end approximately one hour later. Due to the nature of live instruction, participation is not guaranteed, and materials may be forfeited if attendees arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time. Families are welcome to stay after the event to enjoy the park and socialize with other Sage Oak families!
